Personalised individual and group support, every week to help you change the way you think about food and to give you lasting results and support. We have a new group format where you don't have to speak if you would love to just listen and absorb.
Having lost almost 5 stone in 44 weeks, Amanda knows exactly how daunting it can be to join or to return to a Slimming World group and will be waiting for you to ensure that when you take that step, you will receive a really warm welcome into a safe and friendly environment.
