Tiffany Surmik, founder of My Core Harmony and a pelvic health therapist with 16+ years of experience, is bringing her expertise, energy, and insight to the room. Her talk, The Key to Wellness: Why Your Pelvic Health Deserves Your Attention, will help you:
– Recognize common signs of dysfunction (like bladder leaks and pelvic pain)
– Learn practical steps to improve symptoms and take back control
