About this Event
Join Community Living Well and Westminster Talking Therapies at The Exchange Hub for a series of wellbeing workshops.
Good sleep is essential for mental and emotional wellbeing, yet many people struggle to get the rest they need. This workshop will help you understand common sleep difficulties and explore practical ways to improve both the quality and consistency of your sleep.
We’ll look at sleep habits, routines and thought patterns that may be getting in the way, and share realistic strategies to support deeper, more restorative rest. This session is ideal if you want to wake feeling more energised, focused and emotionally balanced.
After the workshop, stay for a community lunch to continue the conversation and connect with others on the same journey toward better health.
