The TGH Sleep Disorders Center is proud to offer our Sleep Support Group. We invite you to hear directly from our sleep disorder specialists, join Q&A sessions and network with other patients and families who live with sleep disorders. This group discusses various sleep topics including sleep apnea, insomnia, eating habits, exercise, women’s health and overall health.
Our Sleep Disorders Center is a registered A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well and Keeping Energetic) group of the American Sleep Apnea Association. A.W.A.K.E support groups provide education and resources for sleep disorder patients and CPAP users across the nation.
