About this Event
Most people experiencing homelessness aren't trapped because they lack motivation.
They're trapped because they lack access.
Without an ID, people can't apply for jobs, secure housing, enter treatment programs, or access many of the services designed to help them rebuild their lives.
On July 29, 2026, community leaders, businesses, advocates, and supporters will come together for the Homeless ID Project's annual Sleep Out to raise awareness and critical funding for one of the most overlooked barriers to ending homelessness: identification.

Want to Participate in the Actual Sleep Out?
By spending one night outside, participants help shine a light on the challenges many of our neighbors face every day while raising critical funds for organizations providing pathways to identification, employment, healthcare, housing, and long-term stability.
Want to join us? Raise $1,000 to join us by donating to a team page or creating your own fundraiser.
This year, every donation will be doubled through a generous $25,000 matching gift challenge, helping expand life-changing services across our community.
