Join Anne, from Greenleaves Aromatherapy Workshops & Therapies, on this workshop to discover and explore the benefits of 8 essential oils, specifically chosen, as they are well known to support sleep, and mental wellbeing.
This is a fun, interactive workshop where you will explore these fabulous 8 oils in detail, how they work , plus different ways of using them - to get optimal benefits.
Everyone will create 2 blended items depending on your own preference and needs and will be fully taught about using them appropriately and safely.
A printed handout of the workshop is included for you to continue at home.
No previous knowledge or experience needed.
£45.00 per person (includes full demonstration by qualified instructor, all materials and light refreshments). This workshop is aimed at adults.
