Struggling with sleep? Join us for an interactive session on techniques for better sleep. We'll explore Qi Gong exercises and meditations that target common sleep disruptors like stress, anxiety, and physical tension, along with additional interventions for returning to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night.
Standing, sitting and floor options will be provided.Learn how to cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance through gentle movement, focused breathwork, and other tools for your sleep toolbox.This workshop will provide you with suggested sleep routines empowering you to achieve a more restorative night's sleep.
The seminar is free and open to non-members, but registration is required as seating is limited.
Participates can bring a yoga mat or blanket if they want to do the floor options to the workshop.
