Our Maternal and Child Health team offer FREE sleep and settling information sessions for children aged zero to three years.About this Event
This session looks at sleep and settling information for toddlers 18 months - 3 years
The session will cover:
- toddler sleep patterns and behaviours
- encouraging good sleep habits
- strategies to help improve sleep
- toddler development, the fussy eating phase and its impact on sleep
- self-care and support for parents.
This session is designed specifically for parents of toddlers 18 months - 3 years and available to Moonee Valley Residents.
Sessions are also available for newborn babies and older babies 6-12 months.
