FREE EVENT. No ticket required. Priority given to passholders.Yarbo
Bouncing between inspirations in “heavy music” with an indifference towards classification, hardcore project Yarbo is consistently fast, catchy and punishing. For a turbulent listening experience that cites “male angst,” “insecurity,” and “redundant social commentary,” among many other riotous ruminations, check out their debut album Husband.
dead ex girlfriends
Hailing from Treaty 6 territory in Saskatoon, grunge/punk four-piece dead ex girlfriends channel a cathartic release that resonates widely, delivering raw and unapologetic soundscapes mirroring their lived experiences as queer and Indigenous fems. Fearlessly addressing crucial issues like domestic violence, sexual assault and racism, the group aspires to drive change through their powerful performances and evocative lyrics.
Lennie Rayen
24-year-old indie rock songwriter Lennie Rayen creates music that pulls you in by being honest without oversharing and poetic without pretending. Pairing a magnetic voice with direct lyricism and infectious melodies, her debut LP Entertain The Space is said to be her most confessional work to date.
Pinball 1973
Fresh off the release of their live EP At Loophole, Pinball, 1973 brings a prairie sound to the Midwest emo genre. Blending the melodic sounds of American Football with the energy of Blink-182, the trio is here to top you off with a stimulating cocktail of indie punk. Keep an eye out for their debut EP coming soon!
