Try out Sled Hockey this season with the Rochester Sled Hawks! Try It Clinics provide a fabulous way to get introduced to the sport of sled hockey, learn about the game, learn how to skate and shoot a puck -- alongside team players from the Rochester Sled Hawks team!
Sled hockey is an inclusive game, with people with and without disabilities learning to play together - all using a hockey sled. Perfect way for siblings and friends to learn to play together!
