2026 is already shaping up to be a stellar year for events at Reflex - and we're tearing straight out the blocks with one of our most exciting announcements to date...Irrepressible Nottingham duo Sleaford Mods have been one of our very favourite acts since their breakthrough at the beginning of the 2010s, with records frequently appearing among our end-of-year picks and receiving heavy rotation instore. With new album The Demise of Planet X due this month and no Newcastle date on the band's upcoming February/March UK tour, we decided to ask whether Jason and Andrew would fancy a special show to limber up... and they said yes!
...And so, we're delighted to announce we'll be hosting Sleaford Mods at Newcastle's Boiler Shop on Thursday 5th February - the night before their full tour gets underway in Glasgow.
Tickets for this show will be available alongside your copy of The Demise of Planet X in a range of top-value album/ticket bundles. Along with standard black LP, CD and Cassette formats, we have a neon green LP edition only available through independent shops, plus a Reflex exclusive budget CD format, presented in a plain hand-stamped sleeve! While a "ticket only" option is also available, we'd encourage you to purchase one of our album/ticket bundles. Buying one will help Sleaford Mods achieve a higher chart position, and will enable us to put on more shows like this. A stamped CD/ticket bundle is only £3.50 more than ticket only!
The show will use physical tickets. Bundles will either be posted or marked for collection instore from the album's release date (Friday 16th January), as per your order.
All bundles go on sale at 11AM tomorrow, Wednesday 7th January. If you'd like to come, we'd advise snapping yours up quickly!
