Join us for a packed day of learning and professional growth at our conference! Designed for small business owners and nonprofits, this event will offer a series of engaging workshops and presentations. Attendees will choose 3 of 5 workshops to attend! Workshops will last 45 minutes, with 15-minute breaks in between each session. Breakfast & lunch will be provided, which is included with your ticket price!

Attendees will learn how to craft and execute a marketing strategy tailored to their unique business needs. We’ll cover key components including: developing your brand strategy, identifying target audiences, choosing the right marketing channels, and what to do on each channel to maximize your results. By the end, participants will walk away with a concrete action plan and practical tools to enhance their marketing efforts and drive tangible results.

This session will equip you with the skills to create polished, professional content- whether you're new to Canva or looking to refine your expertise!

Attendees will learn how to use Canva, key elements for every graphic, and easy-to-understand tips for graphic design aesthetics!

In this session, I’ll guide you through strategies to overcome the fear of public speaking, connect deeply with your audience, and ensure your message is both impactful and memorable. You’ll leave equipped with practical tools to elevate your communication skills, enabling you to engage authentically and inspire action in any business setting.

In this workshop, participants will learn to identify the ideals and influences of the different generations currently present in the workforce. They will explore how these generational influences shape relationships and the overall workplace environment. Additionally, the workshop will provide strategies for managing generational conflicts, offering practical tools to improve relationships and foster a more harmonious and productive work setting.
