Sunday Colors: Teal & Gold

When we become physically ill, we tend to look outside ourselves for solutions – and those solutions often give us relief. But when we rely only on outside sources for healing, we often find ourselves in the same or similar circumstance. When we work from the inside out to release the illness, we also can dissolve the deeper, inner cause. This is the way to True Healing.

How these colors were chosen: The color teal is associated with tranquility, balance, and spiritual grounding. It can also symbolize healing, clarity, and creativity. In color psychology, teal bridges the gap between the peacefulness of blue and the rejuvenating properties of green.

Gold's healing power transcends the physical realm. It symbolizes inner alchemy, guiding us to elevate consciousness, refine thoughts, and purify intentions—reflecting the timeless essence of our true selves.
