The VDE Baggers AC would love to invite you to fish their memorial match in memory of their late friend Slawek Siembida, who sadly took his own life. This match is not only for all of Slaweks great friends to celebrate his life but to also raise both awareness of mental health and raise money for a mental health charity called MIND. Anyone who knew Slawek, will understand just how great a guy Slawek was and how intelligent/logical he was. Depression and mental health are serious issues and this dark cloud can loam over the best of us and can take control of anyone. It's so important for us to be there for each other 💚The match will take place on Sunday the 13th of April, on the beautiful River Erne, Fermanagh was one of Slaweks favorite places to fish so it's fitting that we host this fantastic match in his memory on this beautiful and iconic venue! 🎣💚
The draw will take place at the Stuartstown carpark at 0830, the match will be fished from 1130 to 1630 with the match presentation at the carpark after the match! The match will be £25 to fish, £10 will go straight to MIND Charity, and £15 for the sections/overall. The sections fished will be decided closer to the time! 💚🎣
