Slaughter is the latest work of local author and illustrator, Kristen Tomaru. Hailing from New York City, Kristen credits her enhancement of artistry to taking classes at Parsons School of Design, Rhode Island School of Design, Fashion Institute of Technology, Pratt Institute, and The Cooper Union.
