Sous le pseudonyme Slamino, le guitariste et producteur Pablo Fleury puise dans les esthétiques post-rock, vaporwave et la science-fiction pour explorer une musique à la frontière du rock et de l’electronica. Slamino sample et manipule ses riffs de guitare pour créer les multiples textures de ses morceaux, auxquelles se greffent nappes de synthé aériennes et beats aux sonorités artificielles.
Son processus de création peut notamment évoquer les expérimentations de Radiohead, The Avalanches ou Battles.Après un premier titre « Electric Pond » partagé en avril 2021, Slamino présente son nouveau morceau « Ghost Coast ». Nommé en référence au manga Ghost In The Shell, le morceau aux ambiances brumeuses et digitales est illustré dans un clip accidentel et abstrait, dont l’accumulation d’effets et de manipulations reflète les méthodes de composition du guitariste.

Slamino is the electronic alter ego of Belgian guitarist and producer Pablo Fleury. Fusing guitar loops and vaporous synths, his music intricately meshes instrumental rock and electronic sounds. His creative process often results in multilayered puzzle tracks, blending electronica and math-rock.
Messing with looper pedals since adolescence, Pablo began exploring music production during the 2020 lockdown. Challenging himself to connect the dots between his various influences, he composed and produced his first EP, ‘Ego Trip,’ released on Luik Music in 2022 followed by numerous live shows. His first album is scheduled for early 2025 on Luik Music.
