Day Schedule: 15 minute introductions, 15 mins warmup, and 2 hours of instruction + filming on all 4 strokes.
Program: Kick off the new season with a comprehensive technique camp focused on building a strong foundation across all four strokes. This high performance swim camp emphasizes proper mechanics, efficient movement patterns, and the fundamentals needed for long-term success. Swimmers will receive personalized instruction on Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle, along with work on Streamlines, Breakouts, and Turns. Each athlete will be filmed both above and below water, with side-by-side, in-person video analysis from Coach Abbie to highlight progress and pinpoint technical adjustments. Start your season with the confidence, skills, and stroke precision to train smarter and race faster.
