Join Lopön Charlotte Rotterdam and Pieter Oosthuizen for this deep dive into Machig’s verses on the nature of mind, offered both to those new to these teachings and as a deepening for those who attended last year’s program. This is an online program running from October 22 – December 17. We will have the opportunity to gather in community over 8 live sessions.
Our sessions will include teachings, reflections, and discussions on several of Machig’s verses drawn from source texts. We will also explore guided contemplations and an introduction to Skymind Practice to access and support open awareness, resting the mind in its natural expanse.
