Sunday evening- 6pm- Spirit Kundalini Yoga + Extended Sound Healing with Kim Stern.In-Person, Group Sessions, like these, are the most powerful method of interacting with the technology that is Spirit Kundalini Yoga, Meditation + Sound. There is a direct energy exchange of frequency and vibration that will be felt, and integrated long after class ends.
This 2 hour experience includes
- S.K.Y. Yoga. This is an empowerment...a soul activation. It does not look like any other Yoga class you've ever been to. These movements/exercises/activations are suitable for absolutely everyone, regardless of experience, flexibility, or strength. Class will end with an extended Sound Healing with Gongs, Chimes, Sound Bowls and more. This is a journey...an added level of soul activation.
This experience, in it's entirety, allows us to Wake Up, Activate and Co-Create as the Multi- Dimensional, Infinite, Sovereign Spirits That We Are.
