Lauren – Tropic Ambassador

During this session, you will enjoy a guided facial using natural Tropic products, learning simple yet effective skincare rituals while allowing yourself to fully relax and receive. This will be beautifully complemented by a sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls and gentle drumming, helping you drift into a deeply restorative state.

This is also a space to connect, unwind, and share in community, with time to chat, integrate, and simply be.

✨ What to bring:

- Water bottle

- Pillow (for extra comfort)

- Blanket (body temperature may drop during relaxation)

- Eye mask (optional, for a deeper experience)

Yoga mats are provided.
