SKILLZ Summer Camp

Want to improve your skills or just show off? SKILLZ camp is just for you. We will be incorporating kickboxing, mitt work, bag work, partner drills and sparring games!! Other camp activities include martial arts games, obstacle courses, down-time activities and more!

No previous Martial Arts skills required. Register by May 3rd to receive $50 off!

Daily Camp activities start at 9:00am and run until 3:00pm.

Lunches and Snacks:

Please don’t let your camper leave home without lunch and a beverage. Snacks will be provided, but if your camper has a favorite snack please include it as we will have snack breaks.

Camp Dress:

Workout pants/shorts and t-shirts are the best recommended attire for camp. Our students will be barefoot most of the time, however some activities may require closed toe shoes; therefore we ask that you make sure your child always has a pair of sneakers with them at camp.

8:45am-9:00am: Drop off time for Camp

9:00am-9:30am: Warm up Games

9:30am-10:20am: Lesson #1

10:20am-10:30am: Break / Snack

10:30am-11:30am: Lesson #2

11:30am-12:00pm: Games/Practice/Relax

12:00pm-12:45pm: Lunch

12:45pm-1:45pm Lesson #3

1:45pm-2:00pm: Break

2:00pm-2:45pm Sparring Games

2:45pm-3:00pm Pick up

For ages 5 -12. No previous Martial Arts Experience needed!! Open to the public.

Once you have registered and reserved your child's space, you will receive an email with all required documents to be read, signed and returned prior to the first day of camp. Spaces are limited, reserve your child's space today!
