About this Event

Activity Description:

Whether you’re hosting YouthWorks students or other interns this summer, this Skillshare will improve your mentoring practice. Adultism - a harmful power dynamic between adults and young people - shapes interactions in workplaces and communities. In this session, we’ll explore Adultism’s roots in White Supremacy, identify how and where it appears, and practice strategies to disrupt it in ourselves, our organizations, and beyond. Leave with practical tools and resources to continue your learning after the Skillshare.
