What if your dancing didn’t feel like a series of steps… but a continuous, intentional expression?

This class is designed to shift the way you think about movement.

“Between the Steps” focuses on what actually makes a dance feel alive — the movement that happens between the steps. Instead of treating styling as occasional, disconnected moments, we’ll explore how to create consistent, intentional flow throughout your entire body.

You’ll learn how to:

• Develop body awareness and control through isolations
• Create organic, continuous movement instead of stopping and starting
• Make intentional styling choices that feel natural, not forced
• Build a clear, consistent “voice” in your dancing
• Move in a way that connects your full body — not just your feet

This is not about adding more moves.
It’s about transforming how you move through everything you already know.

Open to all roles and all partner dance styles — including Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Semba, and Brazilian Zouk — this class will help you feel more embodied, more expressive, and more connected in your dancing.

Whether you lead or follow, the goal is the same:
to make your dance feel like a continuous conversation, not a collection of steps.
