The Digital Skills Festival conference is for industry professionals, education experts and policy makers to discuss and share strategies for tackling the skills issues facing our industry. We'll consider topics such as employment in Manchester; growth areas and some emerging technologies. Along with the Key note speech from Craig Fenton; Director of Strategy and Operations UK&I at Google. Looking at 'The Digital age is more than ever a human age: the future of tech education'
We will also be sharing the findings from this year's national Digital Skills Audit, looking at the impacts on the industry and what this means.
Attendance at the Conference is free and open to any digital business or education providers.

Data Usage Event Policy
By securing a ticket for this event you are consenting to receive information from Manchester Digital regarding the logistics of this event and a follow-up email post-event, we may also need to share any dietary or access requirements you have provided with a 3rd party such as the event caterer or venue. After we have sent your follow up event email we will only hold your data for 1-month during this time we will not share your information or contact you. Keeping your data for a month will only be to explicitly recap on the success of our campaign. After the one month period, the information you have provided will be deleted. If you wish to be contacted regarding other events and services that Manchester Digital produce then you will need to specifically opt into our mailing list

All event attendees will be kept up to date with our approach to COVID-19 mitigation measures once they have registered.
How we will keep you safe
We will be limiting the overall number of attendees at each event and to enable COVID-19 contact tracing (if needed), entry will be subject to pre-registration.
If you are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, a new, continuous cough, a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste) or have recently been contacted and asked to self-isolate by NHS Test & Trace (and are not exempt), then please do not attend any of the Festival in-person events.
Attendees and exhibitors may also be required to demonstrate their COVID status. This can easily be done using the NHS COVID Pass which is available through the NHS App or the NHS website.
