At the Institute of Product Leadership (IPL) we replaced studying with "Learning by Doing" and examinations with Skillathons. A Skillathon is a unique challenge-based showcase event where participants will present product case studies they've worked on using industry best practices. These projects are the result of weeks of work structured frameworks and coaching. Each presentation is evaluated by practicing industry professionals and hiring managers offering participants and the audience authentic real-world insights into how product thinking is assessed in the field.
