Skill Share Workshop: Advance Directives with Thistle *FREE*

In this Skill Share Workshop, Thistle will take you through the process of preparing Advance Directives - forms that designate your Healthcare Agent (AKA Medical Power of Attourney), state what healthcare you’d like to receive if you cannot speak for yourself, and what you’d like to happen to your body after you die. In California, you can make your Advance Directive legally binding with just two witness signatures.
You will leave this workshop with completed legal documents, a feeling of reassurance, and the ability to share and help others prepare their Advance Directives.
