Skill Clinic: Handstands, Cartwheels & Round Offs

A focused one-hour clinic on handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs, 1:30-2:30 PM at Elite Gymnastics Academy in Burnsville.
These three are the foundation everything else in tumbling is built on, and clean versions take real repetition. Coaches work on straight-body shape, hand placement, and the round-off snap-down that leads into back handsprings later.
Ages 5-17. $25 per gymnast.
A good fit for beginner and recreational gymnasts, and for cheerleaders who want a stronger tumbling base. Open to EGA students and non-students alike.
