✨ ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION ✨

We’ll be staying at Snowy Valley Jindabyne, a lodge-style snow accommodation overlooking Lake Jindabyne with an indoor heated pool, sauna, bar, bistro & onsite ski hire shop.

🏡 Accommodation will be in shared dorm-style rooms with 4–7 girls per room & shared bathroom facilities.

The lodge is a budget accommodation and has a fun social atmosphere and is popular with ski and snowboard groups during the snow season, making it a great way to meet other travellers over the weekend ❄️💕

✨ HOW THE WEEKEND WILL RUN ✨

❄️ FRIDAY NIGHT

🚌 Please arrive at 5:00pm ready for a 5:30pm departure from Sydney Central Bus Terminal
(Upstairs from Eddy Ave, outside the Grand Concourse Entrance)

🍔 Dinner stop along the highway at your own expense

🎿 Tour guides will help organise lift passes, lessons & hire options on the bus
(Cash or EFT available, 2% surcharge applies)

🏡 Arrive at Snowy Valley approx. 11:30pm

⛷️ Collect any ski/snow gear before check-in

🍳 Hot breakfast from 6:30am

🚌 Bus departs approx. 8am to Perisher

🏂 Full day skiing or snowboarding

🎶 Afternoon après drinks & live music

🍝 Complimentary dinner back at the lodge between 6pm–8pm

✨ IMPORTANT INFO ✨

🏔️ Destination: Perisher Snow Resort

💌 Instagram group chat will be created 1 week before departure for pre-trip chats, questions & friendmaking

🎟️ Most girls come solo - the weekend is designed to help everyone meet & mingle at the snow!

❄️ Lots of girls will be first-time skiers/snowboarders so don’t stress if you’ve never been before!

🚌 Please note: transport and accommodation are operated by Oz Snow, so the coach is NOT a private Sydney Working Holiday Girls bus and there will be other travellers and groups on the coach and staying at the lodge alongside our group. We will have our own private dorm rooms for our group.

👯‍♀️ Our Sydney Working Holiday Girls group will be a smaller social group of between 10–22 girls.

💕 Our host will organise group chats and help everyone socialise throughout the weekend so we will experience the trip together as a group.

❄️ We recommend bringing warm clothes, gloves, a portable charger, toiletries, swimmers for the heated pool/sauna & comfortable clothes for the coach ride.

Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are non-refundable within 60 days of departure. No refunds, transfers or credits will be provided for cancellations or non-attendance within this period.

• Changes or cancellations made outside of 60 days before departure incur a 30% administration fee.

• Working Holiday Girls recommends all participants purchase their own travel insurance, including cover for snow and winter sports activities.

• Working Holiday Girls is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or accident sustained during the trip or while participating in activities.

• By booking this trip, participants acknowledge they are joining at their own risk and agree to follow instructions provided by trip hosts, drivers and suppliers throughout the weekend.

• This trip is designed for girls aged 18–35 currently on visas in Australia.

• Photos and videos may be taken throughout the trip for social media and promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in content, please let a host know.
