Ski Strength Class

Get ready for ski season with our Ski Strength Class! For just $175 per person, enhance your strength, flexibility, and endurance to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience on the slopes. Over the course of 3 weeks, you’ll participate in 8 classes designed to enhance your performance on the slopes as well as build endurance, strength, and flexibility. Our expert instructor and ski enthusiast Kevin Glynn, PT, DPT, will guide you through targeted exercises designed to improve your skiing performance and reduce the risk of injury.
