Sketching Together with AIA Spokane: No Mouse, No Monitors, No Wires

Participants in this Sketching Workshop will observe, sketch, and discuss downtown Spokane, Washington as they learn new methods of sketching during the architectural design process. This workshop explores the belief that hand drawing is not an obsolete skill, that drawing allows us, as architects, to develop a natural grace in the way we design our projects and engage the world around us.

Drawing helps us think better. No mouse, no monitor, no wires, just the hand and the eye will lead architects through the art of discover of drawing tools, new techniques of application and graphic presentation methods of the place they are seeing.
Attendees Are Expected to Provide their own sketching materials
