This class explores art as a way of managing mental health while learning techniques of drawing skeletons and incorporating dried flowers and plants. The teacher will also hold space for discussing the connection to self expression around mental health. You are encouraged to bring flowers of your choice to the first session for pressing, but there will be flowers provided to those that don’t bring any.WHEN: Fridays, October 10, 17, 24, 2025, 5 – 8 PM
