Sketching People on Location

Many of us get the jitters when trying to draw the human figure. In this workshop, participants will gain confidence in drawing people, whether sketching them on location or designing them for a storyboard. For beginners, a 3-step systematic approach will be taught to help you navigate through the session.

Half the session will be dedicated to understanding basic anatomy, and how to keep the figures in proportion. The rest of the time will be drawing from a live model. The session should end with participants wanting to practicing more.

[ Please bring: a sharpened pencil, a pen, and a simple sketchbook (A5 or larger). Optional: eraser, coloured markers, fountain pens, etc. ]
