Sketching at Queen's Park Glasshouse

As it may be our last chance, we're planning a return visit to Queen's Park Glasshouse, which is sadly under imminent threat of closure, with campaigners working hard to try and save it.
There are lots of great sketching opportunities in or around the Victorian Glasshouse (and there may still be protestors!) plus panoramic city views from the flagpole and views around the park or looking across to the old Victoria Infirmary buildings and Church on the Hill.
Just bring along your favourite sketchbook and materials:
🕚 11am – meet at the Glasshouse Gardens
(near the Battlefield Monument/Langside Rd entrance to the Park)
🕐 1pm – back there to chat and compare sketchbooks
The Glasshouse Gardens (inc toilets!) are currently open 10am – 4pm at weekends.
Beginners welcome – there are always experienced sketchers on hand if you need any help or advice.
