Get inspired by nature’s stage! 🟥🪨🎸 Stunning rock formations and panoramic views await all urban sketchers. Comfortable hiking trails and scenic overlooks provide multiple angles to capture.
*Limited seating available—bring a travel chair or stool if you want to sit while sketching. Just kidding it's an amphitheater!
We’ll meet-n-greet at 10am at the top of Red Rocks Amphitheater near the middle of the Concessions Overlook (https://maps.app.goo.gl/yNnixT6EYfyk3ERT6).
I suggest parking at ⭕ Top Circle Lot (https://maps.app.goo.gl/NkPop6aUWVurR5aU9)
if it's available, or right below it, so we can spend more time sketching rather than hiking up stairs.
Then disperse to sketch the iconic sandstone formations and amphitheater. Tons of views from a variety of directions and incredible people watching/sketching if you're so inclined. At noon we’ll reconvene back at the Concessions Overlook for the sketch throw down and sharing session.🎨🖌️
