These private-style workshops are designed to help you master the basics, strengthen your skills, and progress step by step in a supportive, small-group setting. From balance and control to transitions and flow, every session is about focused learning that meets you at your level.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness for all participants and allow us time to adjust our schedule:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled class.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as we do not have sufficient time to fill the slot with another participant.
