******The rink provides rental skates at the rink office, Skate Odddity does not provide rental skates. No tickets include rental skate fee, that is paid by you to the rink and we are not involved in the rental process.******

Q: Will there be rental skates?
A: Yes! Rentals are $7
Q: Can I request a refund if I cannot attend?
A: Refunds are discretionary and unlikely in most cases. If a refund is granted, EventBrite fees and a $5 processing fee per will be deducted from the refund. You may request to roll over your ticket toward the next SKATE ODDITY event. Roll over tickets are ONLY granted for our next event. Refunds/credits must be requested within FOUR DAYS after the event. Refunds will not be granted after admission to the event. REFUNDS FOR DISSATISFACTION WILL NOT BE GRANTED. Covid refunds must include proof of your test results and a photo ID. Refunds are discretionary and unlikely in most cases.
We are NOT a corporation. We are a small business of two people creating this experience for you as a labor of love. Every refund costs us money and time personally. Please take these things into consideration.
