Skamungas fundraiser for The Petri Dish Aylesbury

Live music venues are struggling at the moment. The famous Horns in Watford was narrowly saved from bankruptcy by the generosity of local bands staging gigs there free of charge. We considered doing the same for The Horns, but they've had plenty of support, so we thought we'd volunteer to help a venue in our home town, Aylesbury.
The Petri Dish is a venue that relies totally on music/cultural evenings. It's not a pub so has no regular income from drinks and food. They are struggling to stay afloat. So, we've arranged to play for them free of charge on the 17th February to give them some breathing space whilst they struggle to make ends meet. Entry to the gig will be via an on-the-door charge of a minimum £5 to make it affordable for everyone. If you wish to pay a little extra that would be very welcome, but first and foremost we would like you there to show support and to keep this wonderful venue going. Note the date - 17th Feb 2023 and please share this message far and wide.
