Formed in 2012, The Decatonics are a powerful 8 piece female fronted ska band from Dorset. With a vibrant live show that has built up a great reputation for its high energy and party atmosphere. Drawing on classic tunes from the Ska, 2Tone, Soul, and Reggae genres our set fills the dance floor every night.
Having played a mix of pub, club and festival gigs including Skamouth, Somerstock, Teddy Rocks, & Poole Harbour. The band has previously supported The Skatalites, Neville Staples, Bad Manners and played a sold out show at the 100 Club in 2022 with King Hammond. Last year they returned to the main stage at the Skamouth festival as well playing again with The Dualers at the O2 Academy in Bournemouth. In 2023, the band supported The Beat on a number of dates on their uk tour, warmed up the crowd for The Lightning Seeds at Festival on The Hills last summer and supported The Undertones a recently.
With a very busy schedule they have still managed to get in a visit to us here at the club with tickets available, £10 Members non-Members £15 available from the bar shortly.
