Theme: Learn Real Cooking Skills the Fun Way!
Get ready for a week of hands-on culinary excitement! Kids will explore new ingredients, master real kitchen techniques, and cook up delicious dishes they’ll be proud of. Each day brings a themed cooking adventure designed to build confidence, spark creativity, and turn young food lovers into capable junior chefs.
Kids learn, cook, taste, and enjoy everything fresh in class—no outside food and no take-home leftovers.

🍳 Day 1 (July 27th) – Breakfast Foods
Skills: Egg cookery, whisking, blending, stovetop safety, baking
Menu:
Italian vegetable cheese frittatas
Belgian waffles with fresh fruit
Crispy bacon & homemade sausage
Hash brown casserole
Fresh fruit parfaits
🔥 Day 2 (July 28th) – Grill Masters in Training!
A fun, safe intro to grilling using grill pans & indoor equipment.
Skills: Searing, grilling, marinating, tenderizing, heat control
Menu:
Grilled sirloin steak with herb compound butter
Charred corn on the cob with butter and fresh herbs
Grilled potato fans with onions
Grilled summer vegetables
Cast iron peach cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream
🍝 Day 3 (July 29th) – Cooking With Poultry
Skills: Sauteeing, Roasting, and Sauces
Menu:
Roast heb chicken with pan gravy
Southern fried chicken
Creamy cheesy mashed potatoes
Sauteed green beans with butter, evoo, and garlic
Doughnuts with orange glaze

Skills: Sauteeing, Roasting, and Frying
Menu:
