The Human Trafficking Research Lab at Millikin University and Set Free-Macon County present our Sixth Annual Panel Discussion for Human Trafficking Awareness Month on Legal Approaches to Human Trafficking. We will discuss different legal approaches on the federal and state level for prosecuting the crime of human trafficking and representing human trafficking victims in immigration law. This panel discussion will also focus on the different challenges with human trafficking law that can help or hinder holding traffickers accountable for this crime in the United States legal system.
