Presented by VBA Design, The Sixth Annual Hats & Horses takes place at Captain Anderson's Event Center at 5550 N. Lagoon, Panama City Beach, Florida. The Kentucky Derby style event promises to be a fun-filled afternoon while also giving back to the community with proceeds going to Club 360 for development of their endowed scholarships. Games, competitions and races will take place, including the Grand Finale, “Run for the Roses” -- televised LIVE at the event!
