We are excited to announce the sixth annual Braille Is Hot Chili Cook-off will be held on October 18, 2025 from 5:30-8:30 PM, at the Tennessee School for the Blind at 115 Stewarts Ferry Pike, Nashville, TN. We will be having chili and the fixin’s, great desserts, and fellowship, so gather the family and come on out for a fun night for a good cause.
For those of you who are new to our community, the funds raised by the Braille Is Hot Chili Cook-off will benefit blind people in the Middle Tennessee area through things like funding braille camps for blind children, funding technology grants to help blind people access the world, funding scholarships for area college students, and by simply giving blind people access to tools that can help them live the lives they want.
Tickets are $10 per person if purchased in advance or $15 at the door. Families with 3 or more members will pay $30 if purchased in advance or $40 at the door. You can purchase tickets through Venmo (Nashvillenfb), through PayPal, through Square, or at the door on the night of the event. If you purchase in advance, either have the physical ticket or proof of online purchase in hand at the door.
