These classes are a delightful fusion of body weight exercises, sexy pole and dance movement, sensual stretching and empowering life lessons, all designed to nourish your mind, body and soul.
Learning to dance for yourself is one of the most empowering things a woman can do. Our Six Weeks to Sexy program was created to train you to "tap in" to that mind/body connection without feeling self-conscious.
Learn how to move in your beautiful body as you discover the beauty, grace and strength that comes from pole dance while mastering "How To" walk, dance and move! While heels are not required. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Six Weeks to Sexy is suitable for all fitness levels. No experience is needed. We will teach you how to climb, spin, dance and strut...in heels!
What to Bring:
(Recommended but not required) Pole Dance Heels - You can purchase your pole heels on Amazon. Search - Pleaser® pole dance heels.
REQUIRED! Knee pads and/or leg warmers - You can purchase your pole knee pads on Amazon.
What to Wear: Sports Bra, tank top with a long sleeve shirt, leggings with pole shorts underneath, bring socks and WATER!
Minimum of 4 Students for program to hold. If for any reason the program does not hold, you will have a gift card credit added back to your account. No Refunds of transfers.
