But if your child is always going — too much screen time, gaming, packed schedules, strenuous athletic commitments, constant stimulation, and/or tedious school demands, join Heal In Peace on 6•7•26 for a gentle, kid-friendly sound bath experience. This unique event is designed to help little nervous systems slow down, settle, and reset through calming sounds, mindful breathing, cozy comfort, and peaceful connection.
This is a low-pressure, sensory-conscious environment where children are welcome to wiggle, stretch, relax, and simply experience stillness in a way that feels safe and natural to them.

Please bring a pillow or personal comfort items that do not exceed the size of a yoga mat.
