Six Hands Degustation

Hacienda Melbourne is our Mexican estate, a piece of land that transports us to the heart of Mexico without ever leaving the city. We're thrilled to be collaborating with two of worlds top chefs—Jorge Vallejo of Quintonil (number 7 of world's 50 best restaurants) and Tomas Bermundez of La Docena (number 42 of Latin Americas 50 best restaurants)—for an exclusive six-hands dinner. The evening will feature a curated selection of dishes paired with drinks crafted by renowned mixologist Ramon Tovar (Long Story Short, Nardo Cocktail Club). Wines, hand-selected by Jimmy Madden (Scintilla Wines).

The dinner will begin with a selection of tastes crafted by the three chefs, followed by six courses of the most innovative and exciting Mexican cuisine happening anywhere in the world today. Throughout this culinary journey, we’ll showcase the ancient art of nixtamalization—a traditional process we use in-house to create all of our tortillas and tostadas.
