Join Six Feet Above on the Pineville Riverfront for our Fourth Annual Mental Health & Wellness Festival and get ready for a morning that will lift your heart and fill your cup!
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re celebrating in the best way we know how... by bringing our community together to break the stigma, share resources, and create a safe, welcoming space to grow in self-care and self-awareness.

Start your day with peaceful, energizing yoga overlooking the water — just BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)!
🎉 9:00 AM-1:00PM – Festival Time!

Join us for a powerful half-mile walk along the levee as we stand together for hope, healing, and connection.
This is more than an event... it’s a movement. A morning of joy, awareness, and community. We promise you’ll leave better than you came.
