The only fight you're guaranteed to win is the one you're never in. The best self-defense skill is avoidance, and that's what this class is all about. Through skilled instruction, you will learn what it means to have a correct defensive mindset--all while still allowing you to have meaningful interactions with those around you. You will then learn how to pick up behavioral patterns and how to interpret them in order to gauge your safety. You will learn skills to improve your awareness and perception as well as basic risk management for your daily life. There are no weapons in this class and no range time.
