About this Event

An on-the-land nature workshop for highly sensitive Earth lovers

Have you ever felt like a tree was inviting you to slow down?

In this intimate, on land experience, we'll step away from the noise and spend time getting to know our beloved friends - the TREES! Not simply as beautiful parts of the landscape, but as living beings, ecological partners, and teachers.

We'll begin by learning about the trees around us through an ecological and scientific lens: how they live, communicate, support other species, adapt to their environment, and contribute to healthy ecosystems. We'll also explore their amazing medicine!

Then we'll put the information aside for a while and sit with the trees.

You'll be invited to choose a tree, settle in beside it, observe, listen, and experience what happens when you give yourself permission to simply be in relationship with the natural world.

In this workshop, we'll explore:

🌳 Tree Ecology
Learn how trees function within their ecosystems and the remarkable ways they interact with the world around them.

🌿 Tree Medicine
Explore the ways humans work with trees as medicine.

🍃 Communing With Trees
Slow down and practice being present with a tree through observation, sensory awareness, stillness, and intuitive connection.

🌎 From Connection to Stewardship
Consider what trees might teach us about resilience, reciprocity, and our role as Earth Stewards.

✨ Listening for Your Own Next Step
Rather than simply asking, “How can I save the planet?” we'll create space for a different question:

What might the living Earth be inviting me to do?

This workshop is for you if:
  • You consider yourself highly sensitive, empathic, or deeply affected by the natural world
  • You love trees and want to understand them more deeply
  • You want both science and spirit in your relationship with nature
  • You crave time on the land away from screens, noise, and constant information
  • You want your love for the Earth to become more grounded in relationship and action
  • You're curious about developing your own intuitive relationship with plants and trees

No previous knowledge of trees, herbalism, or spiritual practices is required.

Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, your senses, and your willingness to slow down.

We'll learn from the trees. We'll sit with the trees. And we'll see what they have to teach us about caring for the living Earth.

Important Note:

The exact meeting location will be sent to those who register along with what to bring. We will be hiking in about 1/2 mile up and down each way and sitting on the Earth for about an hour and a half.

72 hour cancellation policy - refunds minus EventBrite fees.
