Sitting around the fire - Conscious Connected Breathwork w/ live music

Welcome to an evening of togetherness, warmth and depth.
In a cozy warm private home, above the skyline in Berlin, we will come together and arrive in connection. Imagine entering a warm lit room in a beautiful space with other beautiful souls, a small circle of people, that are on the same quest and path of self discovery as you are.

We will start with some gentle mindful sharing, some warm beverage to invite a gentle softening and opening in our hearts. Creating an energetical safe space for deep and gentle transformation to happen. After having set our intention and our needs to feel safe, we will enter some authentic relating exercises to allow deeper layers of our Selfs to surface. Slowly in your own pace, dropping social masks, false identities and revealing more vulnerable and tender parts of ourselves to be lovingly witnessed by another person.

If you haven't experienced being unconditionally held by loving eyes, this might already blow your heart open in unexpected ways. And if you're experienced in this, I won't have to tell you how nourishing it is to be in this kind of connection.
After having met ourselves and arrived more fully in this space, we will dive into a conscious connected breathwork journey, accompanied by in the moment selected music and sounds, and also live improvisational piano music.

This is a form of breathwork, where you choose your pace, your intensity, your rhythm. I will only guide you as deep as you want to go. In a world where often times we are expected to always challenge ourselves, go further, step out of the comfort zone, this is a space where you can do exactly that, or decide to be gentle with yourself and make use of this deep breathing for a deep rest that might be more revitalizing than your everynight's sleep.

If you are looking for deep emotional release, it is recommended to breathe as deep and intensely as you can, to break through the first limitations in our monkey mind, that want to prevent us from feeling anything by keeping us busy with thoughts and to do's. You might reach a state of pure bliss or darkness, and whatever it is, your breathe will support you move through it. I might join you and assist with verbal cues or, if you consent, some physical/energetical touch.

After the breathing process, which can take up to an hour, we will slowly return to the present moment, the group and have a final sharing for integration and connection. The fireplace will be lit and we will share some snacks before ending the time together.
