• 7:15am - 7:30am: Pre-run meet-up at The Vitrolite
• 7:30am - 8:15am: "Run the Bridges" in Ohio City led by Pete Nelson, SISU Founder
• 8:30am - 9:15am: Cycle Class #1
• 9:30am: Contrast therapy starts
• 9:30am - 10:15am: Cycle Class #2
• 11:30am: Event End
